2. Order & Transaction Rules
Once you place an order and complete payment on oldgoodo.com, a legal sales contract is established between you and OLDGOODO. We will arrange stock preparation and delivery in accordance with your order information.
All product prices, stock status and delivery time shall be subject to the real-time display on oldgoodo.com. OLDGOODO reserves the right of final interpretation on product pricing and promotional activities.
In case of abnormal pricing or inventory errors caused by system failure or manual entry mistakes, OLDGOODO reserves the right to negotiate order adjustment or provide a full refund without additional compensation liability.

3. Customer Right to Cancel Orders
Cancellation Before ShipmentYou have the unconditional right to cancel your order at any time before the order is dispatched and a tracking number is generated. You may submit a cancellation request directly in your account dashboard or send an application to our official email: info@oldgoodo.com. A full refund will be processed via the original payment method after verification.
Cancellation After ShipmentOnce the order has been dispatched and collected by the logistics carrier, unilateral order cancellation is not allowed. If you refuse the parcel or wish to return items, you must follow our after-sales return & exchange policy after receiving the package; mid-transit order interception and forced cancellation are not supported.
Restricted ItemsCustom apparel items, limited-edition pieces and clearance final-sale items cannot be cancelled or refunded once ordered. No return or exchange will be accepted without quality issues. Placing an order means you agree to this rule.
Abnormal Cancellation RestrictionWe reserve the right to restrict account access, refuse future orders and take further action if a user repeatedly places malicious orders, abuses the order cancellation policy or exploits promotional benefits improperly.
