Return policy

1. Return Eligibility
 
All returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and undamaged, kept in the exact original condition as received. 
All original tags, labels, accessories and original packaging must be intact and attached. 
Any items that have been worn, altered, stained, damaged or without original tags/packaging will not be accepted for return.
 
2. Return Time Limit
 
Customers are allowed to apply for a return within 30 calendar days from the date you receive the parcel. 
Return requests submitted after 30 days will be automatically rejected.
 
3. Refund Processing Time
 
Once we receive and inspect your returned goods successfully, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days. 
The refund will be credited back to your original payment account.

5. Special Exclusions
 
Clearance items, final sale products, customized clothing and personal hygiene items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
 
6. Shipping Fee Rule
 
Original shipping fee is non-refundable. 
Return shipping cost shall be borne by the customer unless the item is received with quality defect or wrong item delivered.
